Jatinder is the founder of PHLORABUILD and has over ten years of experience in the construction industry. He graduated with a degree in Building Surveying in 2010 and began his career as a qualified Asbestos Surveyor and Residential Surveyor. Jatinder then transitioned to working as a Building Control Surveyor, where he gained extensive expertise in construction regulations, safety standards, and quality control. As a result of his vast experience, Jatinder has gained chartered status from the Chartered Institute of Building and Chartered Association of Building Engineers.
Jatinder has particular interest in design and incorporates his ideas into his builds. He believes in simplicity, modern designs and openness to create a free flowing home!

Jasvir Singh Phlora
PROJECT MANAGER
Jasvir brings tremendous value to PHLORABUILD with his extensive background and experience. Born in Nairobi, Kenya, he moved to the UK in 1968, where his father, Mohan Singh Phlora, introduced him to the carpentry trade. This early apprenticeship laid the groundwork for his impressive career in the construction industry, which spans over five decades. As Project Manager, Jasvir’s deep knowledge and experience are crucial in guiding PHLORABUILD through complex projects. His leadership ensures the company operates efficiently, maintaining its strength and expertise in the field.
Biggest accomplishment:
Arriving to the UK in 1968 and raising his family with his dear wife over the last 45 years.
