Experience the PHLORABUILD Difference
At Phlorabuild, design is not an afterthought, it is the foundation of everything we create. Led by director Jatinder, the company brings a distinct design-led approach that sets it apart from traditional builders.
Jatinder has a natural eye for design, with a strong focus on creating modern, free-flowing homes that feel both functional and refined. His philosophy centres around minimalism, removing the unnecessary and allowing space, light, and proportion to take precedence.
Drawing inspiration from Asian design principles, particularly Japanese and Chinese influences, Jatinder incorporates elements such as clean lines, balance, and a seamless connection between spaces. The result is homes that feel calm, considered, and effortlessly contemporary.
At Phlorabuild, every project is approached as a design concept first; ensuring each space is not only built well, but thoughtfully crafted to enhance the way you live.
